What's Included

• Everything in SmallBatch — Full Scout report, sampling, negotiation, branding, WhatsApp, freight
• Factory visits & audits — On-site inspection when needed (capacity, quality systems, certifications)
• Full production management — Weekly photo/video updates, milestone tracking, pre-production sample approval
• Pre-shipment QC (AQL) — Quality control inspection with detailed photo + video report
• China customs & export — All export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin
• International freight coordination — Sea/air/rail freight coordination with tracking. Customer handles own import customs procedures.
• Dedicated project manager — Single point of contact from start to finish

Commission Structure (on FOB order value — freight excluded)

• $50,000 – $100,000 → 8%
• $100,000 – $200,000 → 6%
• $200,000+ → 4%

Service Fee Refund

If order is confirmed and deposit is paid → $599 service fee is fully refunded. You only pay commission. If no order is placed within 15 days of report delivery → $599 is non-refundable.

Customs Policy

China export customs handled by FutianFinds. Import customs at destination country is the client's responsibility. Client must provide correct guidance on customs requirements. FutianFinds is not liable for delays or costs resulting from incorrect client guidance.
