Cancellation policy

The FutianFinds Insider membership is a recurring subscription operated by Lunofy LLC.

Billing — You are charged automatically each billing cycle: every month for the monthly plan ($19.99) or every year for the annual plan ($149), using your saved payment method, until you cancel.

Renewal — Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each cycle. We do not send a separate invoice before each renewal.

Cancellation — You can cancel anytime from your customer account at account.futianfinds.com. After cancelling, you keep access (including the members-only WhatsApp group) until the end of your current paid period; then access ends and no further charges are made.

Failed payments — If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it over several days. If payment still cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused or cancelled and access removed.

Price changes — If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance, and changes apply to future renewals only.
