Refund policy
FutianFinds (operated by Lunofy LLC) provides sourcing services and digital deliverables. Because our work begins immediately and is largely custom and digital, the following terms apply.
Insider (subscription) The Insider membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of your current billing period and are not charged again. Fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable, except that we will honor a good-faith refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not substantially used the service.
Scout (product research & video) Scout is a one-time, made-to-order service. Once research has begun, fees are non-refundable. If we fail to deliver your report and video within the stated turnaround, you may request a full refund.
SmallBatch & FullScale Setup fees cover sourcing, negotiation, and coordination work. The FullScale setup fee is fully refunded once your order is confirmed and proceeds to production, as described on our pricing page. Commission on the FOB product value is billed separately and is earned as the corresponding work is performed.
