What exactly do I get with the Scout package?
You get an HD video walkthrough of your target product filmed in Futian Market or Yiwu wholesale districts, a side-by-side Amazon vs. China price comparison, 3–5 verified supplier options with photos and contact info, MOQ and lead time details, and a landed cost estimate. Everything is delivered within 48 hours.
How does the video work?
Our team physically visits market stalls and supplier showrooms, films the products you're interested in, shows pricing displays, and walks you through the options available. You receive the raw video files plus a summary report via WhatsApp and email.
What's the difference between Scout, Source, and Launch?
Scout is research only — you get video, pricing, and supplier options. Source adds negotiation, sample coordination, and a complete supplier file ready for ordering. Launch is end-to-end: we handle everything from placing the order to delivering goods to your warehouse, including QC, packaging, and logistics.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product and supplier. In Yiwu, many suppliers offer lower MOQs (as low as 50–100 units) compared to factory-direct in Guangzhou/Shenzhen. We always negotiate MOQs down as part of our Source and Launch packages.
How do you handle quality control?
For Launch and Partner packages, we perform AQL-standard quality inspections at the factory or warehouse before shipment. Every inspection includes a detailed photo and video report sent to you for approval before we ship.
Can you source any product?
We source across all categories available in China's manufacturing ecosystem: consumer electronics, home goods, fashion accessories, beauty products, toys, pet supplies, outdoor equipment, and more. If it's made in China, we can find it. For highly specialized industrial products, we'll let you know upfront if it's outside our expertise.
How do I pay?
Service packages (Scout, Source) are paid upfront via credit card through our secure Shopify checkout. For Launch projects and Partner retainers, we accept wire transfer, PayPal, and credit card. Supplier payments are handled separately — you pay the factory directly or through our escrow arrangement.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Our Scout package comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the research, we refund your payment in full. For Source and Launch packages, refund terms depend on the stage of the project — see our Refund Policy for details.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timelines depend on your chosen method: Express (DHL/FedEx): 5–7 business days. Air freight: 7–12 business days. Sea freight: 25–40 business days. We coordinate all logistics and provide tracking information.
Can you help with Amazon FBA prep?
Absolutely. We handle FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bundling, carton planning, and ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers. FBA prep is available as an add-on service ($0.50/unit).
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide — US, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and beyond. Shipping and customs documentation are adjusted based on your destination country.
